Conducted in 2 Building Stages, the developments’ 2-Storey Townhouses, including garages, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with 224sqm of area each, completed brickwork stage for both floors in May of 2024 as seen in above images.
Coastal Edge’s Townhouse stage has now reached internal fit outs, with Cabinetry and Tile installation complete. Final touches are now underway.
Works have now progressed on Stage 2’s Apartment Block following finalisation of compliance design, project completion on target for Quarter 4 of 2025.
