Telowie Ave, Burns Beach is a custom residential design by Doepel Marsh Architects.
The 450sqm site has been maximised to accommodate over 300sqm living plus an alfresco outdoor area overlooking the custom in-ground concrete pool.
Ocean views abound from the second level and the owners will no doubt enjoy the short ten-minute stroll for their regular Indian Ocean dip!
Site works commenced in February 2018 and the home was completed June 2018.
